By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via the following methods:

All transactions are processed securely. Payment upon delivery is not available.
Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payments must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
2. Order Processing and Contract Formation
Once you have placed an order on www.storyz.one, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and SIA Lames is only formed when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:
Payment is not successfully authorized.
The product is not available.
There is an error in the pricing or product description.
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be fully refunded.
3. Delivery Terms
Delivery Area: We deliver only to locations within the European Union (EU).
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is between 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This time frame is an estimate and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or logistical challenges.
Delivery Method: All deliveries are handled by Dachser, a professional third-party logistics provider. Delivery will be made to the door of your building, not inside your residence. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery.
Delivery Costs: Standard delivery is included in the price of the goods. Any additional services (such as assembly or delivery to an upper floor) may incur extra charges, and you will be informed of such charges at the time of order placement.
4. Returns and Refunds
Return Period: You have the right to return any item purchased within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product has not been assembled and is in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, you must first contact us at hello@storyz.one within the 14-day period. You will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned items without tracking.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and after verifying that they meet the return conditions (i.e., unused, unassembled, in original packaging). Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Assembled, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return. Custom-made or personalized products (if applicable) are also non-returnable.
5. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us at hello@storyz.one. Once the order has been dispatched, the cancellation process will no longer apply, and you will need to follow the return procedure.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. You may return the product as per our return policy after receiving the item.
6. Product Warranty
All products sold through www.storyz.one come with a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper assembly.
If you believe your product is defective and within the warranty period, please contact us at hello@storyz.one with your order details and a description of the issue. We may require photos or additional information to process the warranty claim.
7. Taxes and Duties
All prices listed on the website include applicable VAT and taxes for EU countries. There are no hidden fees, and no additional taxes or duties are required for customers within the EU.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SIA Lames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the products or services purchased from www.storyz.one. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Force Majeure
SIA Lames shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Conditions of Sales if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, or government regulations.
10. Governing Law
These Conditions of Sales are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
